The University of Kansas Collaborative Digital Spanish Project (Acceso) is an open-access, digital learning environment designed to promote the acquisition of Spanish and the development of cultural understanding of the varied groups of people who share Spanish as a common language.

Private equity, venture capital, stock exchange listing: all are methods of raising equity finance. This unit looks at the processes used and the markets available across the world for raising such finance, as well as looking into the reasons why some companies choose cross-listing on stock exchanges.

While resources abound for students working to achieve an intermediate level of proficiency, many students struggle with the transition to the more broadly focused classes at the advanced level. Le pont is intended to bridge this gap while promoting cultural understanding of the varied groups of people who share French as a common language. It requires students to analyze target structures within context and make their own observations about when and how those structures are used. Providing students with this preview of the target structures will allow learning through a flipped model, freeing up class time to work on more open-ended communicative activities that explore the Francophone world. Modules in this project will be released in a serialized fashion with two chapters produced each year and work completed during the summer of 2022.

This course taster uses case studies and models to illustrate the importance of effective operations management and outlines the steps to preparing your own operations proposal.

This free textbook/course is "looks at how characters might be drawn and how setting is established. It works on the different levels of characterisation, from flat to round, and how character and place interact. It also works on the effect of genre and how genre can be used. The main teaching material in this unit is taken from an existing publication, The Fiction Writer's Workshop by Josip Novakovich (1995)." The unit is split into three areas: character, setting, and genre and also includes a glossary.
