I talked with Emily Rodgers last week about ways to proceed with content that is relevant to one of our focus areas but a component of a larger piece of content (like a textbook or a course shell). Emily recommended we list it on a discussion thread and she can assist in exploring the licensing terms of the larger piece to see if we can break out the smaller item.
