Modern topics provided throughout include: (a) SDL (service dominant logic), (b) sustainability, (c) ethics & social responsibility, (d) global/international aspects, (e) measurable metrics (e.g., ROI), (f) omnichannel marketing, and (g) social media/digital marketing. 

Optimal examples and modern content (e.g., videos) further aid the text. Readability and student satisfaction are improved from the first edition to ensure ideal student engagement. 

Content Accuracy

Content is mostly accurate and error-free.

Relevance Longevity

Content is up-to-date and current. Certain portions--for example, social media/digital marketing--will need to be updated regularly [e.g., at least twice a year] given the inherent nature of relative technology.
